Ready Set Acro is a structured, high-energy acrobatics program designed specifically for preschoolers (ages 18mths–5), developed in collaboration with Acrobatic Arts. It focuses on building fundamental physical and social skills through three key pillars—Stretch, Strength, and Skills—using original music, props, and safe, age-appropriate progressions.

Key Components & Features:

• Stretch: Enhances flexibility and range of motion.

• Strength: Builds muscle strength and control through playful exercises.

• Skills: Introduces AcroDance movements to boost confidence and social literacy.

• Engaging Content: Features original music with lyrics that cue movements, plus props like rainbow ribbons, beanbags, and acro dots.

• Safe Progression: Designed with industry leaders to ensure safe teaching methods for young bodies.
