BounceFIT Express- Get your cardio up and your bounce on with our fun and jumping mini trampoline workout
Cardio Sculpt/Step & Shred - Get your cardio going to burn fat whilst sculpting and toning that body
29HIIT - 29HIIT workout will push you to a high intensity, aiming for 80% of your maximum heart rate, followed by short recovery periods.
The class will include exercises like running, jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers, battleropes, kettlebells, jump squats just to name a few, performed in short bursts with periods of rest or low-intensity activity in between.
Stramina29 - A strength and stamina workout focusing on building both muscular strength and the ability to sustain physical activity. Elise will have your muscles on fire incorporating exercises that target multiple muscle groups with moderate to high repetitions and short rest periods.
Involves using resistance (weights, resistance bands, bodyweight) to challenge muscles and promote growth.
Exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, rows, deadlifts, and overhead presses.
Focuses on building the ability to exert force against resistance
Fantastic for the aerial/pole student
29FabFit - A super fun class to get you into tip top shape. Equipment used will vary from session to session. Step, ankle weights, dumbells, stability ball, bala ball, barbell, kettlebell, battleropes, plyo box, you name it, we will be using it.
BTL - Bum, Tum, Legs - Let's focus on those hard to tone spots and get them back up where they belong
Power Tone Barre - Hard core Barre workout with weights and resistance bands
Flexi Stretch - Get your splits on or simply wind down, a wonderful stretch workout for everyone
Stage Queens - Over 40's Adult dance class
All Styles Open Age Dance Class ( Jazz/ Cabaret/ Contemporary/Hip Hop) - an 90 minute class for all dance enthusiasts
Chairlesque - Learn to dance in heels while using a chair to create a sensual routine
Pole Flow/Choreography/Exotic - All three pole techniques combined in one class to make the most of your movements and loves

Pole Silks - Pole silks, also known as pole fabrics, is a hybrid aerial discipline that combines pole dancing and aerial silks, allowing for unique moves and tricks by attaching silks to a pole.
Pole silks can help you:
Explore new ways to do old pole moves.
Create your own unique moves.
Try moves you've struggled with in a new way.
Try combinations that aren't usually easy or possible.
Build strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Motivation Pole - no matter what shape or weight - pole dancing/fitness is a great way to get fit, dance with confidence, build lean muscle mass, drop the kilo’s and make some great new friends
Boot Camp - Runs fortnightly on Sundays at 10am in our studio car park - fantastic class combining work stations and outside fitness equipment
Aerial Dance Fitness Classes are designed for regular people who want to experience a different type of fitness exercise, or customize personalize dance moves coupled with aerial arts apparatus such as silk tissu, hoop and hammock. Great Weight loss, body conditioning and body sculpting.
Silks and Hoop Partner/Duo Class - A super fun class learning new partner moves in the hoop and the silks. A minimum of level 3 in either hoop or silks required for this class. Fall in love with doubles work, amazing choreography and some wonderful tricks and drops.
Aerial Hammock - no hammock experience necessary, open to all levels from beginners to advanced. Its super fun learning wraps, drops and spins

Static Trapeze - Static trapeze, also known as fixed trapeze, is a circus apparatus featuring a horizontal bar suspended from two ropes, where the performer moves around the bar and ropes, performing a variety of poses, balances, and tricks.
Static trapeze training focuses on strength, grace, flexibility, and coordination, as performers learn to climb, lift, and move around the apparatus to create amazing poses and shape

Crescent Moon Lyra/Hoop - The beautiful crescent moon shape hoop allows you to explore your creativity and fly away into another world.
Little Spinners Kids Classes - in all apparatus, acrobatics and dance are for children aged 6yrs to 12yrs
