29FABFIT

A super fun class to get you into tip top shape. Equipment used will vary from session to session. Step, ankle weights, dumbells, stability ball, bala ball, barbell, kettlebell, battleropes, plyo box, you name it, we will be using it.

  • Saturdays 11.00am with Jenny

29HIIT

29HIIT workout will push you to a high intensity, aiming for 80% of your maximum heart rate, followed by short recovery periods. 

The class will include exercises like running, jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers, battleropes, kettlebells, jump squats just to name a few, performed in short bursts with periods of rest or low-intensity activity in between.

Power/tone Barre

This is a 50-minute class that improves your functional movement, strength, and power by providing a low impact, high-intensity workout focusing on core engagement and muscular strength using the ballet barre, weights, resistance bands and barre balls.

STramina 29

A strength and stamina workout focusing on building both muscular strength and the ability to sustain physical activity. Elise will have your muscles on fire incorporating exercises that target multiple muscle groups with moderate to high repetitions and short rest periods. 

Involves using resistance (weights, resistance bands, bodyweight) to challenge muscles and promote growth. 

Exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, rows, deadlifts, and overhead presses. 

Focuses on building the ability to exert force against resistance

BounceFit EXPRESS

A rhythm-based high energy 30 minute cardio trampoline fitness class combining aerobic elements, light weights and core exercises.

CARDIO SCULPT/STEP & SHRED

Cardio Sculp & Step and Shred combined is a dynamic workout to get the heart pumping and body working out to strength and sculpt whilst burning those calories. This is a super fun class for everyone fitness level and body type.

Bum, Tum and Legs (BTL) EXPRESS

Sculpt and tone that butt whilst using an aerobic step, weights, sliders, you name it we use it. Your butt, abs and legs will thank you for it. :)

  • Wednesdays 5.15pm with Jenny

hiit me up - boot camp style

Join us for HIIT Me Up Boot Camp style workout in our car park. A great class with battle ropes, agility equipment, hurdles, steps for squats and cardio training, weights and cardio running and of course working in pairs and motivating each other. Every class is different and super fun.

Flexi Stretch

Flexi Stretch is a total body stretching class which includes all major and minor muscle groups, designed to improve overall flexibility and balance. Stretching results in a greater range of movement and a stronger body, both physically and mentally.

  • Flexi Stretch (50mins) Fridays at 5.15pm with Jenny

DYNAMIC MOVEMENT STRETCH

Dynamic movement stretching is all about actively flowing through your full range of motion while strengthening end-range positions to build control and stability. It’s especially useful for dancers and aerialists who need to move seamlessly into splits, backbends in the air, and hold positions against gravity.

By incorporating techniques like PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching, which uses muscle contractions to increase flexibility and strength, you’re not just increasing flexibility, you’re also making sure your body can support those deep stretches. This helps prevent injuries and creates smoother, more effortless movement. 

  • Saturdays 10am with Holly

HOT YOGA/PILATES

Hot Yoga/Pilates is a high energy, high intensity, low impact fitness class using Yoga and Pilates principles in room heated to approx (35°C). If you love a tough workout, like the heat, and enjoy sweating, this may be a fun workout to try.

  • Tuesday 5.50pm with Holly

 

HOT STRETCH

Hot Stretch is a one-of-a-kind stretching session based on a pro-athlete version of stretching and adapted for general fitness. It will increase flexibility and pliability for muscle and joint longevity, while giving you incredible results and leaving you feeling completely rejuvenated!
