Sensual fluidity, flexibility and control (let your hair down!)

Primarily, exotic classes are a way to explore one's sensuality in a protected environment: there is no judgment.

Pole SILKS

Pole silks, also known as pole fabrics,is a hybrid aerial discipline that combines pole dancing and aerial silks, allowing for unique moves and tricks by attaching silks to a pole. 

Pole silks can help you:

    • Explore new ways to do old pole moves. 

    • Create your own unique moves. 

    • Try moves you've struggled with in a new way. 

    • Try combinations that aren't usually easy or possible. 

    • Build strength, flexibility, and coordination. 

  • Saturdays 12.15pm with Holly

 

mixed POLE - MALE & FEMALE COMBINED

Pole dancing/fitness is a great way to get fit, dance with confidence, build lean muscle mass, drop the kilo's and make some great new friends. This class is a combined male & female class for all levels and anyone starting out on their pole journey.

An awesome class to add to your weekly fitness program. Build those muscles, strength and stamina needed for all aerial and pole apparatus.
